Autumn Color and Some Really BIG Pancakes

If you were unable to watch New Day Cleveland today at 10 AM on Fox 8 here’s another chance to see a story about the largest pancakes that I have ever seen. The good folks at the Clifton Mill in Clifton, Ohio…that is near Yellow Springs, Ohio..make a thing called a “large stack” that contains almost five pounds of pancake flour. No, I did not eat the whole thing. I actually only had a few bites from the center. They tell us that even really big eaters usually only finish two or three of the dinner-plate-sized pancakes. Hopefully we will get back there in late November when they decorate the mill and the nearby gorge with millions of holiday lights. I’m looking forward to the lights and another try at a plate of pancakes.
