Fish Farm, Air Museum All Free And Pie To Boot

This week’s One Tank Trip goes to Urbana, Ohio, west of Columbus. We’re visiting the largest indoor fish hatchery in Ohio for some farm-raised Rainbow Trout. It’s also a place that is kid-friendly, with “Fluffy” the alligator and a tank of rare Sturgeon that you can actually pet. We’ll also stop at the Champaign County Air Museum which is free and unlike some many museums, this one welcomes you to touch the exhibits and the kids can even climb into a rare WWII transport plane. We wrap up the trip with a stop at the airport restaurant that is famous for their made-from-scratch pies each day. So good that people have been known to fly in to the airport just for a piece of home-made pie.
